Childbirth Classes
Let’s face it; the thought of giving birth can be scary, especially if you’re a first-time parent. You might be unsure what to expect or where to turn. Our center offers free and confidential childbirth classes to help you prepare for the big day.
Several things can help you prepare for childbirth, including creating a birth plan, learning breathing techniques, and more. If you have a partner or other support person, having them by your side can also be beneficial. You shouldn’t have to walk this road in fear, and you’re stronger than you may believe. We’ll provide the education and support you’ll need to learn coping strategies and confidently approach the birth.
Parenting Classes
Be the best version of yourself as a parent. No one is perfect, and every parent makes mistakes. But receiving the information and tools you need to successfully parent can make a world of difference.
Our center offers several parenting classes covering newborn care, forging strong relationships with your teenager, and everything in between. We also provide life skills classes and relationship support. And you’ll earn free material supplies like diapers, wipes, and baby clothes from our Baby Boutique as you complete parenting classes.
Parenting is an adventure, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be nerve-wracking. We’ll provide the support and encouragement you need to discover the joy of being a parent.
